For Expats

Living abroad can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Even when things look fine from the outside, it can feel like you’ve lost structure, direction, or a sense of belonging. Coaching helps you reflect, rebuild stability, and find balance between adapting to a new culture and staying true to yourself.

How we work

In our sessions, we focus on the experiences that shape your everyday life abroad.
We talk about moments that feel uncertain, disconnected, or overwhelming, and look at how they affect your daily life. Cultural differences, new routines, or changed expectations can challenge how you see yourself and how you relate to others.

Together, we look at what stability means for you now and how you can rebuild confidence and direction in a way that fits your current life. My approach combines evidence-based methods from psychology and communication, including principles of Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (in a non-therapeutic, consulting context) and Person-Centered Dialogue.
These approaches help you recognize how change affects your thoughts, emotions, and daily habits, and how you can use this awareness to create structure and balance in a new environment.

With more than ten years of experience in consulting and communication, I support you in translating reflection into practical next steps, whether that means improving relationships, finding a new routine, or redefining priorities.

Coaching is a process of understanding, not of starting over. It gives you a structured space to pause, think clearly, and make decisions that feel grounded and realistic.
The goal is not to adapt perfectly, but to feel at home in your own way — with more calm, clarity, and self-trust.

A short conversation explains more than any website.

Let’s see if this coaching approach fits your current challenges and where to start from here.
